Horses in training are accepted on a 60‑day minimum, or under a consignment agreement.

This timeframe allows for meaningful progress, correct muscle development, and the creation of lasting habits.

What’s Included

All care is included for horses enrolled in 60+ days of training or consignment, ensuring each horse receives consistent, high‑quality management.

Training Focus Areas

  • Groundwork and handling refinement

  • Conditioning and strength development

  • Recovery‑focused work (laser, PEMF, EquiVibe, thermography)

  • Nutrition support and metabolic evaluation

  • Saddle fit assessment

  • Behavior and communication refinement

  • Confidence building for young or sensitive horses

Each horse receives a customized plan based on their age, job, conformation, and goals, whether that’s performance, ranch work, or foundational development.

Boarding is available on a limited basis and is reserved for horses actively enrolled in a DLH program.

Boarding Requirements

Horses must be:

  • In full‑time training (one lesson or ride per week), or

  • Under a Recovery & Conditioning contract

This ensures every horse receives consistent, structured care and is supported physically, mentally, and nutritionally.
